Survey Modules
Survey Modules contain survey questions typically related to the course curriculum. Clicking on a Survey Module opens the survey.

Below is an example of a Survey. To fill out the survey click on the most appropriate response, for each statement, and then click on the Submit Evaluation to finalize the Survey.
